Introduction:

Managing supply chains in volatile economic conditions is the real challenge in many companies across the globe. The global competitiveness of the enterprise comes mainly from the effectiveness of supply chains. Objective:

This one course gives an overview of SCM and Strategic Sourcing area. Aligns the organisations cost reduction goals to the SCM and Sourcing strategies.
