Introduction to Design Thinking
Design Thinking is a creative approach for solving problems and developing human-centric solutions breaking the of boundaries of traditional design which is focused on improving looks and functionality of products. The framework proposed by Stanford d.school speaks about 5-steps of Design Thinking Process: Empathy, Define, Ideation, Prototype and Test which is a constructive framework of action from problem to idea and the idea to implementation.
Objective of the Event
The objective of this workshop is to inspire them for thinking about innovation, entrepreneurship and new product development as their career paths. Content of the workshop will be based on orientation towards UN SDGs, local problems, social entrepreneurship and technology-based problem solving with ideation on creating indigenous solutions using rapid prototyping and understanding a way forward for the ideas to take a shape of enterprise.
