Dr. George Easaw

He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Govt. College of Engineering, Trivandrum in 1986. He worked with Cochin Port Trust and MRF tyres in Plant Engineering and Maintenance functions. In 1989 he quit industry to do a PG degree in Industrial Engineering from the Govt. College of Engineering, Goa. He has been in academics since then. In 1998 he went to IIT Bombay for a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research and defended his thesis in the area of optimization and analysis of performance measures in multi echelon supply chains.

He worked in the Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship as an Associate Professor and Associate Dean, with T John College as Director of Management Principal and since 2012 is with Alliance University as Professor in the area of Operations Management.
