- Detailed Market, Engineering & Financial Feasibility study to set up Forging & Fasteners Manufacturing in Chennai, India for SAIL- CAPARO joint venture.
- Strategic Assessment of Manufacturing Capabilities – Metal Injection Molding, Aluminium and Copper Extrusion, PIM, tool & Dies, Jigs & Fixtures for industrial cluster development in the UAE.
- Design modification of finish coater machine slider mechanism in the steel coil paint line to reduce the overcoat and undercoat steel coil rejects which was mainly due to the aged machine parts. Result was reduction in 10% coil rejects and NZ$ 400k annual savings, done for BLue Scope Steel, New Zealand.
- Iron Melter tapping floor automation project for New Zealand Steel.
- Total Quality Management & CAE Simulation Techniques for the Reduction of Rejects & Improvement of Yield in Ferrous Castings’ carried out at Masport Foundries, Auckland, New Zealand.
