He has been working in the socio-economic impact sector and Government sectors for about 12 years. he has also worked in areas like digital transformation of public services, eGovernance, education & skill development, livelihoods, healthcare, urban transformation, social impact investment, defense procurement, strategic sourcing, etc.

He has worked with organizations like KPMG and Palladium Group on technology and transformation programs having large-scale socio-economic impact. He is currently heading business and project operations of a reputed education & skill development organization, with an impact legacy of over 50 years. He is managing their large-scale, funded programs, and building corporate and fundraising partnerships for implementation of employability-driven skill development programs, benefitting over 5000 youths every year.
He is good at conceptualizing & developing Socio-Economic Impact Projects, developing relevant business models, cost-revenue models, large-scale Program Management, Procurement & Contract Operations. He has excellent understanding of Business Process Re-engineering concepts, approach and implementation of BPR projects. He has good understanding of Digital Transformation. He has the experience of developing Product and Organizational Technology Roadmaps.
