He is managing their large-scale, funded programs, and building corporate and fundraising partnerships for implementation of employability-driven skill development programs, benefitting over 5000 youths every year.
He is good at conceptualizing & developing Socio-Economic Impact Projects, developing relevant business models, cost-revenue models, large-scale Program Management, Procurement & Contract Operations. He has excellent understanding of Business Process Re-engineering concepts, approach and implementation of BPR projects. He has good understanding of Digital Transformation. He has the experience of developing Product and Organizational Technology Roadmaps.
