He is responsible for converting significant losses to profitable turnarounds for various firms. His extensive experience enables him to identify and scrutinize problem areas in a company, leading him to custom design focused improvement programs.
He is a known business excellence professional with an industry experience of more than 30 years. He has provided training and consultancy across multiple industries such as Auto, Display Electronics, Irrigation, Hot Forging & Machining, Cold forging, FFMCG plastic and Garments to name few.
Being a trained Organizational Development facilitator, he has delivered improvements of top and bottom lines ranging from 10% in the Tyre Industry to 250% in Hot Forging companies through his consulting assignments.
IPQC Consulting Services main strength is its experienced team comes with more than 200 man-years across different domain areas such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Banking and IT & ITES.
Apart from his own Consultancy, he has conducted various trainings on behalf of ASQ, CII and QCI.
Jitendra’s contribution was instrumental in developing ‘Zero Defect Zero Effect (ZED) model’ to support ‘Make in India’ for Indian industry. He was also responsible for training Master trainers, assessors, consultants and entrepreneurs.
Currently, he is employing his forte to provide consultancy for Supply Chain Management based on Demand Driven MRP.
He is also assigned with honourable task of assessing Excellence Awards of Auto Component Manufacturers’ Association (ACMA), EEPC-QCI and QCI – DL Shah Awards for all sectors.
Mechanical Engineer by qualification, Jitendra Mathur’s educational achievements also include certifications in 6-sigma BB, Lean, TPM & TOC and TOC based Project Management and Supply Chain Management. He has held several senior level positions across various industries in India as well as abroad.
