- He has lead Factory Turnaround initiative, wherein He has handled labor and Union issues including LTS, implemented various CSR & community engagement activities, and increased plant production efficiency, improved on logistic and shipping efficiency
- Significant improvements in transactions in Splash Bar Business by > 30% and got acknowledged for one of the best projects by CII.
- Formulated KPIs for Top Management (CxOs, RCOOs, Circle COO), Corporate/Region/Circle HoD, Corporate/Region/Circle Divisional KPIs in collaboration with Cross functional, cross location teams.
- Spearheaded IPSOS Retail (Retail Service index) initiative across Delhi & Haryana COCO’s to enhance service delivery to end customers which improved from 54 to 72.
- Brought innovation in Business process improvement thru critical business projects like such as Revenue per Site (TYT), Value Churn, My Airtel My Offer, HBO, etc.
