- Formulated KPIs for Top Management (CxOs, RCOOs, Circle COO), Corporate/Region/Circle HoD, Corporate/Region/Circle Divisional KPIs in collaboration with Cross functional, cross location teams.
- Spearheaded IPSOS Retail (Retail Service index) initiative across Delhi & Haryana COCO’s to enhance service delivery to end customers which improved from 54 to 72.
