He is a Mechanical Engineer and a qualified Six Sigma Master Black belt with more than 30 years of industrial experience in Manufacturing, Quality and Design in Aerospace, Heavy Engineering, Automotive, Engineering Services and Medical domains. He has been instrumental for substantial cost savings through Value Engineering, Process Improvements & Failure Analysis.
IPQC Consulting Services main strength is its experienced team comes with more than 200 man-years across different domain areas such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Banking and IT & ITES.
He has got major achievements to my credit including filing of 6 Patents and authoring many articles on Quality to various International Quality Portals and Journals. He has also mentored more than 300 Six Sigma & Kaizen projects and is a Qualified Internal Auditor for ISO 9000, IATF 16949 & AS 9100 ‘D’ and other Quality Systems. He is also associated with the Implementation and Sustainance of CMMI L5 activities and also equally contributing in EHS and Community development programmes.
He is a certified auditor for ISO 9001-2015, IATF 16949, AS 9100 ‘D’, ISO 50001, CMMI, ZED etc.
Prior to working as a trainer and consultant Sridhar has worked in Aerospace MOOG), Heavy Engineering (BEML), Automotive (Autoliv IFB), Engineering Services (Satyam and L&T) and Medical domains (GE BEL).
