He is a Lean Transformation Consultant. His passion is to coach and mentor process transformation teams in integrating multiple frameworks, processes, systems, tools and people. He has rescued high profile, multi-site engagements which were behind schedule, over budget, ambiguous scope, with the required governance.

Starting his career with KPMG and PWC with a focus on risk and governance, Anand spent the last 30+ years as a Lean improvement consultant and advisor. He has assisted clients at varied industry verticals in the application of value chain concepts to real life operational challenges and delivered measurable outcomes.

  • Auto spares – successfully led, an enterprise-wide change initiative, around supply chain optimisation program ($38m) utilising Lean Six Sigma in Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Europe (18 countries).

  • FMCG – planned & executed enterprise-wide transformation program affecting 1,700 + end users.
