Job Description:
IPQC Consulting looking for senior consulting partners in areas such as Digital Transformation, New Product Development, Supply Chain Management, Renewable Energy and Vendor Development Management.
Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) and Proven Entrepreneurship skills to design customized solutions to Indian SMEs across above mentioned domains. Think like entrepreneur or startup owner to make the small to succeed in the competitive markets with innovation solutions.
Preferred Skills – Able to build effective teams, proven problem-solving skills, able to train the teams on emerging technologies and lead from front. Min 10 years of experience preferred in above mentioned domain areas and financial knowledge is mandatory for consulting roles.Strong Entrepreneurial skills to identify the business opportunities from SME segments. Candidate able to understand economic, technical and sustainability requirements of SME businesses and design solutions as per their needs. Need a very strong exposure to Small Businesses across the world.
Preferred Area of Experience – Min 10 years of experience in areas such as IT Systems Design, Fintech Solutions Design, Engineering Product Design, Process Industry Optimization and Renewable Energy Projects.
Education Qualifications – B.Tech & MBA/M.Tech from Premier Institutions such as IITs, NIT and IIMs.
