He has 28 years of work experience of which 19 years in Plant leadership, supply chain management positions and 3 years in operations excellence consulting.
As a Plant Leader he has extensively worked on operations transformation / Culture change initiatives by bringing ownership at all levels, Personally involved in Manger Model machine concept execution, Plant wide TPM pillars implementation.
He has also worked in association with renounced consultants like CII TPM club of India, Competitive Capabilities International (South Africa), EFESSO Consulting, Bain Consulting, Renoir consulting in delivering operational excellence and business transformation initiatives, engaging and involving everyone in organization in continuous improvement journey.
He has lead Greenfield project implementation for Ferrero worth 50 million Euro investment in India, Also executed many brown filed expansion worth 1-5 million USD projects in India, Bangladesh and South Africa. End to end Project execution capabilities. Team set up, regulatory compliances and dealing with Local bodies effectively without compromising the company standards.
He also possess multi category industry exposure FMCG oral care and personal care, Food Chocolates, Dairy, Textiles, Hygiene products, Flexible packaging.
