Objective:
Recently we experienced the importance of supply chain and impact of supply chain disruptions in all sectors across the world during the recent Covid wave. Billions of dollars’ worth of business lost because of lack of preparedness and planning. This workshop tries to create awareness, hands on training about supply chain analytics and bring much needed tools to industry professionals. Professionals are able to see the power of analytics in supply chains. Supply Chain Modelling using Linear Programming (LP) is a very useful tool for the professionals to optimize total supply chain costs. In this course, we used excel solver to master some complicated modelling techniques.

Workshop Structure
This online (Zoom) workshop is 7 days program and would be open for registered participants. The registered and paid participants would be eligible to attend the next workshop starting 23rd May – 27th May, 2022, between 7 PM – 9 PM, excluding Sundays. Problem Solving session on Saturday (28-May-2022) from 11.00 AM to 01.00 PM (2 Hours) and Interactive session on Sunday (29-May-2022) from 11.00 AM to 01.00PM.
